I.B. Outta Here won a MSW at Hollywood Park Saturday for The Race For Education and owner David Bloom. "Shortly after my becoming involved in horse ownership, I became acutely aware and appreciated that any success I might have in substantial part would be as a result of the daily care given to my horses by the hotwalkers, grooms, exercise riders and other professionals, The Race For Education gives these people, to whom I owe so much, the ability to help their children fulfill many of the dreams they have for them." States Mr. Bloom.
Taste of Paradise began the race for education in 2003. One of the first horses to be nominated to the organization by his owner David Bloom of Los Angeles, CA. Taste of Paradise earned $1,019,455 with 1% of those earnings donated to The Race For Education. After his racing career Taste of Paradise retired to stud at Crestwood Farm in Lexington, Kentucky and continues to support our students with a percentage of his annual stud fees. Following in her big brother’s footsteps, Taste’s Sis joined The Race For Education in 2008 and continues to race for education.
